Homeowner Initiated LSLR

The Homeowner Initiated LSLR is the City’s Lead Abatement Program—a seasonal initiative that runs annually from April 15 through November 1.

This program allows homeowners to coordinate replacement of their lead service line with support from the City.

New: Private-Side LSLR Incentive Pilot Program

The City has launched a Private-Side Lead Service Line Replacement Incentive Pilot Program –

a reimbursement and permit fee waiver to support homeowners completing the private-side portion of their service line.
